1 public story
The Queen Mary is a historic ocean liner that made its maiden transatlantic voyage in 1936. During World War II, it was converted into a troopship, earning the nickname “The Grey Ghost” while transporting more than 800,000 military personnel. After the war, it returned to passenger service before its retirement in 1967. That same year, it docked at its current location in Long Beach, where it now serves as a hotel, museum, and tourist attraction. The ship is also famous for its haunted reputation, with reports of ghostly figures, unexplained footsteps, voices, and other strange activity throughout the vessel.
